A RESOLUTION OF THE TRAFFIC COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF ENCINITAS, CALIFORNIA
RECOMMENDING A "NO RIGHT TURN" RESTRICTION
IN THE WESTBOUND DIRECTION ON MANCHESTER AVENUE
AT OCEAN COVE DRIVE AND AT MACKINNON RANCH ROAD
BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7:00 A.M. AND 9:00 A.M., MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY
BE IT RESOLVED that the Traffic Commission of the City of Encinitas, California,
hereby recommends that the City Council establish the following turning restrictions:
A "No Right Turn" restriction on westbound Manchester Avenue at Ocean Cove Drive
between the hours of7:00 AM and 9:00 AM., Monday through Friday
A "No Right Turn" restriction on westbound Manchester Avenue at Mackinnon Ranch Road
between the hours of 7 :00 AM and 9:00 AM., Monday through Friday
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11 th day of July, 2005 by the following vote, to wit:
