RESOLUTION NO. 91-12
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF SAN DIEGUITO WATER DISTRICT ADOPTING
URBAN WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN
WHEREAS, the Urban Water Management Planning Act
Code Section 10610 at seg.) requires every urban
supplier, as defined in the act, to prepare and adopt an
water management plan; and

WHEREAS, San Diegui to Water District is an urban water
supplier within the meaning of the act; and
WHEREAS, the District has drafted such a plan, made the
plan available for public inspection and held a public hearing
thereon following publication within the jurisdiction of the
District of a notice of the time and place of the hearing
pursuant to Section 6066 of the Government Code; and
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the District to adopt an
urban water management plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED,
ORDERED by the Board of Directors of San
District as follows:

1. That the URBAN WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR THE SAN DIEGUITO
WATER DISTRICT, 1990, a copy of which is attached hereto as
Exhibit "A", be and it is approved and adopted as the plan
required by the Urban Water Management Planning Act.
2. That the District shall implement its plan in accordance
with the schedule set forth in the plan.
3. That the Secretary of the District be and he is authorized
and directed to file with the Department of Water Resources of
the State of California a copy of the District's plan no later
than 30 days after its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at an adjourned meeting of the
Directors of San Dieguito Water District held on the

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BY SAN DIEGUITO WATER DISTRICT REGARDING
ADOPTION OF ITS URBAN WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN
RESOLUTION NO. 91-05
In accordance with Section 10642 of the Urban Water
Management Planning Act of the California Water Code, NOTICE
IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of San Diegui to
Water District will conduct a public hearing on its Urban Water
Management Plan.
The purpose of the hearing will be to
receive public comment on the Plan prior to its adoption.
The Public Hearing will be held at an adjourned meeting,
Tuesday, March 19, 1991, at 4:00 p.m. in the council chambers
of the City of Encinitas, 535 Encinitas Blvd., Encinitas,
California.
Copies of the proposed Plan are available for public
review at the office of the San Dieguito Water District, 59
East liD" street, Encinitas, California.
