RESOLUTION NO. 91-05
A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN DIEGUITO WATER DISTRICT
APPOINTING DISTRICT COUNSEL
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the SAN DIEGUITO
WATER DISTRICT, that the firm of KRAUEL & KRAUEL is hereby
appointed as its District Counsel for the SAN DIEGUITO WATER
DISTRICT.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that effective January 1, 1991, KRAUEL
& KRAUEL will be compensated at the rate of $105 per hour for
services rendered.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that KRAUEL & KRAUEL will be reimbursed
for expenses incurred for authorized travel.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of February 1991,
