RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SAN DIEGUITO WATER DISTRICT AWARDING CONTRACT
FOR EMERGENCY ELECTRICAL POWER SUPPLY
WHEREAS, pursuant to authorization

WHEREAS, at the time and place designated, the bids were
opened and read aloud; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible bidder was Saturn
Electric, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the District to award
the contract to the lowest responsible bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED,
ORDERED by the Board of Directors of San
District as follows:

the faithful performance of the contract and for payment
of all persons performing labor or furnishing material in
connection therewith, all as provided in the project
documents.
3. That the District Manager, or any other officer of
the District, be and they are authorized and directed to
execute said contract on behalf of the District with
Saturn Electric, Inc. at such time as the conditions
contained in this resolution and the project documents
have been complied with by said bidder.

PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of
Directors of San Dieguito Water District held on the 24th day
of April, 1990, by the following vote, to wit:
