RESOLUTION NO. 93-15
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF SAN DIEGUITO WATER DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING A NEW INVESTMENT ACCOUNT
WITH SHEARSON LEHMAN BROTHERS
WHEREAS, it is standard procedure for investment firms to
obtain Board of Directors authorization to conduct business with
its clients.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of
San Dieguito Water District, 505 South Vulcan, Encinitas,
California 92024, be and it hereby agrees to conduct investment
transactions with Shearson Lehman Brothers for the purpose of
investment; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the signature of anyone of the
following persons be authorized to execute investment transactions
with Shears on Lehman Brothers:
Maura Wiegand, Board President
Warren H. Shafer, District Manager
James F. Benson, District Treasurer
Bob Nelson, Public Works Director
Rich Parzonkor Finance Manager
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of
Directors of San Dieguito Water District held on the 25th day of
August, 1993, by the following vote, to wit:
