A RESOLUT:ION OF THE TRAFF:IC COMK:ISSION
RECOMMENDING PARKING'RESTRICT:IONS
WHEREAS, the ,Mildred MacPherson Neighborhood Park has been
completed: and -.' ,
WHEREAS, it is 'in the best interest of public and traffic
safety to restrict parking on the streets adjacent to the park: now
therefore ' .
BE IT RESOLVED that the Traffic commission of the city of
Encinitas recommends that the city council establish the following
parking restriction:",
Item 1.
No standing or parking between the hours of 10:00
p.m. and 5:00 a.m. on. the south side of I street
beginning at the east line of Vulcan Avenue
easterly approximately 100 feet to the west line of
the alley located between Vulcan Avenue and Dewitt
,Avenue.
Item 2.
No standing or Parking between the hours of 10:00
p.m. and 5:00 a.m. on the north side of J street
beginning at the east line of Vulcan Avenue
easterly approximately 100 feet to the west line of
the alley located between vulcan Avenue and Dewitt
Avenue. '

No standing or Parking between the hours of 10:00
p.m. and' 5:00 a.m. on the east side of Vulcan
Avenue beginning at the south line of I street
southerly to a point approximatelY 335 feet to the
beginning of the bus stop.
