RESOLUTION NO. TC 91-20
A TRAFFIC RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ENCINITAS
RELATING TO NO STOPPING, STANDING OR PARKING ZONES
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the stopping, standing
or parking of vehicles on both sides of Garden View Road fro~ the
east curb line of El Camino Real easterly to Lotus Blossom street
creates an obstruction to traffic; now
BE IT RESOLVED that the Traffic Commission hereby recommends
to ci ty Council that a Resolution be adopted to establish No
stopping, standing or Parking Zones on both sides of Garden View
Road from the east curb line of El Camino Real to Lotus Blossom
street; and further
BE IT RESOLVED that. said. Resolution. shall not apply \lnless
signs or markings are placed giving adequate notice thereof.
