RESOLUTION NO. TC 91-22
A TRAFFIC RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ENCINITAS
RELATING TO NO STOPPING, STANDING OR PARKING ZONES
WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Encinitas, California
adopted Resolution 91-35, Item 1, on May 22, 1991 establishing a
No stopping, Standing or Parking Zone on both sides of El Camino
Real from the north line of Manchester Avenue northerly to the
North City Limit;
NOW THEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED that the Traffic Commission hereby
recommends to City Council that said Resolution 91-35 be superseded
Standing or Parking
by establishing the following No stopping,
Zones:
Item 1.
Item 2.
Eastside of El Camino Real from the north line of
Manchester Avenue northerly to the North city
Limits.
Wests ide of El Camino Real from the prolongation of
the north line of Manchester Avenue northerly to
approximately 1,050 feet north of the north line of
Via. Montoro, and thence beginning from a point
approximately 1700 feet north of the north line of
Via Montoro northerly 350 feet to the prolongation
of the south line of Garden View Road.
