RESOLUTION NO. 94-21
A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN DIEGUITO WATER DISTRICT
DESIGNATING PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO DEPOSIT IWITHDRA W FUNDS
WITH
SAN DIEGO COUNTY LOCAL AGENCIES INVESTMENT FUND
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the District to designate those persons who
are authorized to execute investment transactions on behalf of the District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by
the Board of Directors of the San Dieguito Water District as follows:
1. That the signature of anyone of the following persons be authorized to
deposit or withdraw funds trom the San Diego County Local Agencies Investment Fund
for deposit to the District Account with First Interstate bank, Encinitas Branch;
Lauren Wasserman - District Manager
Bob Nelson - Public Works Director
James Benson - Assistant City Manager
Mark Murphy, Financial Services Manager
