Robert E. Lanham, Anne Patton (had to leave because of an emergency). Staff Present: Gary
Barberio, Senior Planner; Beth Strehle, Planning Technician.

1O1/Vu1can Avenue from Encinitas Boulevard to La Costa Avenue. DESCRIPTION:
Consideration of the draft North 101 Corridor Specific Plan. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS:
The draft Specific Plan is within the scope of the certified Downtown Encinitas/North 101
Corridor Specific Plan Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (City Council
Resolution No. 94-02) and no new' environmental documentation is required for the purposes of
CEQA. STAFF CONTACT: Senior Planner Gary Barberio and Planning Technician Beth
Strehle.
