A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE
CITY OF ENCINITAS, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
COMMENDING HARRY COUGLAR
FOR SERVICES AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE
PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Harry Couglar was appointed to the Planning Commission on January 11, 1989 and was elected l. Sce
Chair on February 15, 1990.
WHEREAS, during this time Harry contributed time, knowledge and understanding to the City Planning process to
ensure quality, planned and orderly development of the community and City, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has realized his special efforts for the betterment of the Community.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of Encinitas to pay tribute to:
HARRY COUGLAR
for his dedication and contributions to the City Planning efforts to serve the best interests of the Community and the CIO';
