AND WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Personnel Committee that a
new pay scale and personnel manual be adoptedj
NOW I THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the District Personnel Manual be
replaced with the new Personnel Manual attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A"
and by this reference made a part hereof.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the District be, and he
hereby is, authorized and directed to reproduce this Personnel Manual and
distribute copies of the same to each and every employee.
