1974-20 Authorizing Reconveyance of Lake Nunn Property
RESOLUTION NO. R74-20
AUTHORIZING RECONVEYANCE OF LAKE NUNN PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the San Dieguito Irrigation District sold certain property to
the Malone Company;
AND WHEREAS, the property was secured by'a deed of trust and promissory
note, which was recorded February 26, 1970;
AND WHEREAS, the terms of that note were such that the District would
reconvey each parcel as a predetermined payment was madej
AND WHEREAS, it is now offered that the entire balance of $49,417.00
be paid with interest accruing at ~ from August 28, 1973;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the officers of the district be, and
they hereby are, authorized to execute a full reconveyance for the entire
parcel of property to the Malone Company in consideration of the payment of
the $49,417.00, principal, plus interest.
Passed and adopted by the following roll call vote:
Ayes: Directors Dean, Wanket, Noonan, Cermak and Pearson.
