RESOLUTION NO. R73- 38
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONSTRUCTION OF THE "HYMEl'TITS
PIPELINE PROJECT."
The Board of Directors of the San Dieguito Irrigation District, after
considering the Hymettus Pipeline Project, pursuant to Local Guidelines of
the San Dieguito Irrigation District implementing the California Environmental
Quality Act as amended, does hereby order, resolve and determine as follows:
1. The project known as the IrHymettus Pipeline Project'. is hereby
determined to bave no significant effect on the environment.

2. The project is approved and construction of the project is hereby
authorized.
Passed and adopted by the following roll call vote:
Ayes: Directors Cermak, Pearson, Noonan, Wilson and Dean.
Noes: None.
Absent: None.
