WTHORIZIITG EASE^lE"T OVER BRACERO ROAD
\~REAS, the San Dieguito Irrigation District holds fee
title to :nroperty hereinafter descri1;}ed;
AND ",'HEEEAS, it is necessary to grant easements to property
owners for ingress and egress;
Nry1, THEP~FORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Officers of the
District be and hereby are authorized to execute an easement to
r- a Richard Gaetaniello, et ux, over the following described property;
An easement for road and utility purposes and
essedentials thereto over the Westerly 20 feet
of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter
of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter
and over the Easterly 20 feet of the Southeast
quarter of the South west quarter of the northeast
quarter of the Southeast quarter both section 15,
Township 13 south range 4 ':rest SBlm.
Passed and adopted by the following roll call vote:
Ayes: Directors Dean, ~rilson, Noonan, and Pearson.
