1972-29 Authorizing Signing of Subdivision Map
RESOWTION R72-29
AUTHORIZING SIGNING OF SUBDIVISION MAP
WHEREAS, the developers of SUIlIDerfield Encinits have requested that the
Irrigation District sign the cover of the subdivion map authorizing an easement
acquired by the district in 1967 be included in the property dedicated
for public road purposes;
AND WEREAS, after a complete and thorough investigation of the situation
it appears to be in the best interest of the District, the property owners and
all concerned for the Irrigation District to sign the map;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the officers of the district be, and they
hereby are, authorized and directed to sign the subdivision map for aJ.l the
property within Summerfield Encinitas.
Passed and adopted by the following roll call vote:
Ayes: Directors Wilson, Pearson, Noonan, Dean and Cermak.
Noes: None.
Absent: None.
