LEVYIIlG ASSESSMENTS FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR BEGDlIlIllG

BE IT, AND IT IS, HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of San Dieguito
Irrigation District that it has been made to appear to the Board, and the Board
finds and determines that:
1. The totaJ. value of all lands in this District subject to aSBeSBllent
for aJ..l purposes, exclusive of lands owned by the District, after deducting
15% thereot, is the sum of 119,450,813.
2. A levy of an assessment in the sum of Sl3B, 425 is sufficient to raise

such portion of the interest due and that will become due on all outstanding
bonds of the District on the first day of the next ensuing Januar;y and on
the first day of the next ensuillg July.
3. A levy of an asseSSIIlent in the sum of 152,192 is sufficient to retire
such portion of the bonds that will become due on all outstanding bonds of
the district by the first day of the next ensuing July, which are to be
retired by assessments.

(4) It is not necessary to levy an assessment to pay all sums that will
become due from the District before the close of the next ensuing calendar
year on account of rentals, lands, vater, water rights and other property
acquired by said District under lease or contract, said rentals and charges
being provided for by tolls and charges in lieu of assessments.
(5) It is now necessary to levy an assessment which, after allowing for
delinquency of 15% as required by law, will produce the total sum of 1190,617,
which is the total of the respective amounts hereinabove in this resolution set
forth;that the total assessment to be levied without regard to said 15%
delinquency i. 1224,256.
AND BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that an assessment on all lands within the
said district, exclusive of lands owned by said district, in the said total
sum of 1224,2.56, and the S8.IIle is, hereby levied for the purposes in this
resolution specified, the sarae being a levy of .98_ upon each 1100 assessed
valuation of the lands of the District, exclusive of lands ovned by the District,
and said levy being sufficient to produce the total sum of 1190,617 after
allowance is made for delinquency of 1% as required by Section 25801 of the
CaJ.ifornia Water Code.
