AUTHORIZING ltUrrCLAIH DEED OVER PROPERTY IN SECTION 3.
TOWNSHIP 13 SOUTH. RANGE 4 WEST. SBHM.
WHEREAS, the San Dieguito Irrigation District holds an easement over
certain property hereinafter described, which was granted on August 22, 1925;
AND WEREAS, the San Dieguito Irrigation District has no present nor
proposed use for said easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the officers of the District be, and
they hereby are, authorized to execute a quitclaim deed over property more
particularly described as follows:
Portion of the Southerly 330 feet of the SW)4 of the NW)4
of Section 3, Township 13 South, Range 4 West, SBEtt,
according to U.S. Government Survey approved April 18, l88L
Passed and adopted by the following roll call vote:
Ayes: Directors Dean, Wilson, Pearson, Noonan and Cermak.
