AUTRORIZnm RECONVEYANCE OF PORTION OF "LAKE NUNNlI PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the San Dieguito irrigation District has entered into a contract
with the Malone Company for the saJ.e of the "Lake Nunn" property;
AND WHEREAS t pursuant to this contract 1 promissory notes and trust deeds
were executed allowing the reconveyance of the property under certain specified
terms;
NOW', 'r~'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the officers of the district be, and
they hereby are, authorized to reconvey to the Malone Company that property known
as ''Unit I of Cardiff Propertiesll, upon deposit into escrow of $18,089.00 plus
interest.
Passed and adopted by the following roll call vote:
Ayes: Directors Cermak, Noonan, Dean, Wilson and Pearson.
Noes: None.
