AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF Q.UITCLAIM OVER PORTION OF BLOC!: L,
AVOCADO ACRES NO.7.
~AS, the San Dieguito Irrigation District has an old easement over
property hereinafter described;
AND WHEREAS, the District has no further use, and no projected future use,
for said easementj
~'ORE BE IT RESOLVED that the officers of the district be, and they
hereby are, authorized to execute quitclaim deed over property more particularly
described as follovs:
A portion of Parcels 1, 2, 3 and 4 and the most
Westerly 139.74 feet of Parcel 7, sJ.l as shown on
record of sarvey map No. 4991 filed in the office
of the County Recorder of San Diego County April 27,
1959, being a survey of the portion of Lots 8, 15 and
17, and aJ.l of Lot 16 in Block L, Avocado Acres No. 7
in the County of San Diego, State of CaJ.ifornia,
according to the map thereof No. 21.38 filed in the
Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County
November 7, 1928; EXCEPTDlG 'J:J::l.1!a{J!d<'.HCJM any portion
lying within the most Southerly 100 feet of said
Parcel 7.
