1971-17-Authorizing Quitclaim Deed of an Easement Over Bracero Road
RESOWTION NO. R71-17
AUTHORIZING QUITCLAIM DEED OF AN EASEMENT OVER BRACERO
ROAD
WHEREAS, the San Dieguito Irrigation District owns fee title to the
Easterly 20 feet of Bracero Road in Encinitas;
AND WHEREAS, Bracero Road has been used for public right of way for many
years;
AND WHEREAS, in order to insure title on a piece of property, a district
resident has requested that the District quitclaim to them an easement over
this road;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the officers of the district be t and
they hereby are, authorized to execute a quitclaim deed over Bracero Road, a
copy of which is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A" and by this reference
made a part hereof.
