AND WHEREAS, the San Dieguito Irrigation District bas no present or
proposed use for said easement;
AND WHEREAS, the mmers of said property have petitioned the district
for quitclaim of said easement;
NOW, '.r~t BE IT RESOLVED that the officers of the district be, and
they hereby are, 81lthorized to execute a quitclaim deed, a copy of which is
attached hereto marked Exhibit "B", and by this reference made a part hereof..
