PROVISION
WHEREAS, Section E of Part II of the Personnel Manual ztipulates that

the man on emergency standby duty will be paid 12 hours overtime duty for his
week on standby duty;
~
AJrD \~S it now appears that this assignment of duty is no longer
required;
THEREFORE, BE IT R~SOLVED that Part II, Section E of the P~rsonnel Manuel
"Employees on emergency sta.!1dby duty ,.;ill be guaranteed 12 :-.Qur.s- of overtime pay
for the week of duty" be deleted.
BE IT YuRT:~ER RESCL~LD that t~e Secretary of the District ~e, and he hereby
is, directed to r.odify tte Personnel M~ual in accordance with t~e ~rovisions
of this resolution.
