RESOLUTION NO. R70-12
A1lTlIORIZING QUITCLAIM OF EASEMENT OVER LOT 4, BLOCK 24,
RSF.
WHEREAS, the San Dieguito Irrigation District now holds an easement
for water line purposes recorded August 22, 1925, over Lot 4, Block 24 of
Rancho Santa Fe;
AND WHEREAS, the San Dieguito Irrigation District has no present nor
projected use of said easement;
NOW 1 THEREFORE 1 BE IT RESOLVED that the officers of the district be,
and they hereby are, authorized to execute a quitclaim deed over said
property. A copy of said quitclaim deed is attached hereto marked llExhibit "All,
and by this reference made a part hereof.
Passed and adopted by the following roll call vote:
Ayes: Directors Lawson, Dean, Pearson, Noonan and Cermak.
Noes: None.
Absent: None.
