1970-10-Authorizing Sale of Certain Collectors Deeds
RESOLUTION NO. R70-10
AUTHORIZING SALE OF CERTAIN COLLECTORS DEEDS
WHEREAS, the San Dieguito Irrigation District now holds Collectors' Deeds
on Lots A, B and C of Poinsettia Heights Unit Number 5;
AND WHEREAS, the owners of the property contiguous to the lots on the
south have offered the district $300.00 for the properties;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the officers of the district be, and they
hereby are. authorized to execute the necessary documents to convey all right.
title and interest to the San Dieguito Irrig.ation District in these properties
for a price of $300.00.
Passed and adopted by the folloving roll call vote:
Ayes: Directors Noonan, Dean, Pearson, Lawson and Cermak.
Noes: None.
