RESOLUTION 2006-29
A RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ENCINITAS
ADOPTING A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
WITH THE ENCINITAS PROFESSIONAL FIRE CHIEFS ASSOCIATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Encinitas that a Memorandum
of Understanding with the Encinitas Professional Fire Chiefs Association for 2006 - 2010, a
copy of which is on file with the City Clerk, be adopted for immediate implementation. The
salary increases provided by the Memorandum of Understanding shall begin effective July 1,
2006.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby directed and
authorized to implement all the provisions of the adopted Memorandum of Understanding
without specific actions by this Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Encinitas, State of California, on
the 19th day of July, 2006, by the following vote:
