A RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF TI~ CITY OF ENCINITAS
ADOPTING A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
WITH THE ENCINITAS PROFESSIONAL FIRE CHIEF'S ASSOCIATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Enc/nitas that a Memorandum of
Understanding with the Encinitas Professional Fire Chiefs' Association for 2002 - 2006, a copy of
which is on file with the City Clerk, be adopted for immediate implementation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby directed and authorized to
implement all of the provisions of the adopted Memorandum of Understanding without specific
actions by this Council
PASSED ANE ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Encinitas, State of California, on the

AYES: Bond, Guerin, Holz, Houlihan, Stocks.
