A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ENCINITAS, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING AN ALL-WAY STOP
AT THE INTERSECTION OF
RANCHO SANTA FE ROAD AND 9t~ STREET
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Encinitas, California, hereby
establishes the following all-way stop intersection:
Rancho Santa Fe Road and 9th Street
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 274 day of June, 2001 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Holz, Guerin, Houlihan
NAYS: Bond, Stocks
ABSTAIN: None
