2001-002 Mid-Year Budget RESOLUTION NO. 2001-02
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ENCINITAS
ADOPTING THE MID-YEAR BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2000-2001
WHEREAS, each year the City of Encinitas City Council adopts a Budget for revenues and
expenditures for the upcoming fiscal year;
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make provision for a level of service commensurate
with the needs of the City;
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the proposed Fiscal Year 2000-2001 Mid-Year
Budget Report;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the City
Council of the City of Encinitas does, hereby, adopt the Mid-Year Budget Report for Fiscal Year
2000-2001 as summarized by attached staff report and amendments hereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of February, 2001, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Bond, Guerin, Holz, Houlihan, Stocks.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: None.
