A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ENCINITAS CITY COUNCIL ADOPTING
FISCAL YEAR 1999-2000 OPERATING BUDGET AND FISCAL YEARS 2000-2004 FIVE-
YEAR FINANCIAL PLAN/CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (APPROPRIATING
FUNDS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1999-2000)
WHEREAS, each year the City of Encinitas City Council adopts an Operating Budget for
zvenues and expenditures for the upcoming year; and
WHEREAS, each year the City Council adopts a Five-Year Financial Plan and Capital
bprovement Programs for the upcoming five years (actual funding level is approved for the first year
ofthe five-year period); and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the proposed Fiscal Year 1999-2000 Operating
Budget Report; and
WHEREAS. the City Council has reviewed the proposed Fiscal Years 2000-2004 Five-Year
Financial Plan and Capital Improvement Program.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT IS RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Encinitas does
hereby adopt the Annual Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 1999-2000 as summarized by Schedule A
attached hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Encinitas does hereby adopt
the Capital Improvement Program Budget for Fiscal Year 1999-2000 as summarized by Schedule A.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council on the 9' day of June. 1999, by the
following vote, to wit:
