1995-092 Pay Adjustments For City Clerk and Fire Chief RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 92
A PERSONNEL RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ENCINITAS,
ENCINITAS, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Encimtas that the following
adjustments be made to the pay and benefits of certain unrepresented employees:
1. City Clerk/Director of Legislative Se~ices. The monthly pay rate of the current
incumbent is to be adjusted from $4,400 to $4,620. This pay rate increase, an
amount equal to 5%, has been determined on the basis of employee job
performance and is an amount consistent with merit pay adjustments provided to
other employees of the City of Encinitas. This salary adjustment shall be effective
beginning with the bi-weekly pay period that starts August 26, 1995.
2. Fire Chief. The adjustments to the pay and benefits for the classification of Fh'e
Chief that are determined by Resolution 95 - 05 are to be implemented effective
beghnning with the semi-monthly pay period that starts September 1, 1995.
